Warranty

Bradshaw Beau kbd is committed to providing high-quality kitchen products and services. This Limited Warranty ensures that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

1. Cabinetry: We warrant that all cabinetries will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years with an option to extend to 5 for a given fee from the date of purchase. This includes doors, drawers, shelves, and related hardware.

2. Countertops: Our countertops are warranted against material defects and workmanship for two years with an option to extend to 5 for a given fee from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or physical abuse.

3. Hardware: All hardware components, including hinges, handles, and drawer slides, are covered under this warranty for two years with an option to extend to 5 for a given fee from the date of purchase.

4. Installation Services: Installation services provided by Bradshaw Beau kbd are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of [specify duration, e.g., “one (1) year”] from the date of completion.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper installation by parties other than Bradshaw Beau kbd, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or finish deterioration over time.

• Variations in wood grain, colour, or natural aging of materials.

• Products that have been altered or modified without prior authorization from Bradshaw Beau kbd.

• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or environmental conditions.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. Bradshaw Beau kbd reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the validity of the claim.

Remedies

If a defect is confirmed, Bradshaw Beau kbd will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product or component.

• Replace the defective product or component with a comparable item.

• Refund the original purchase price of the defective product or component.

These remedies are the sole and exclusive options available under this warranty.

Limitations of Liability

Bradshaw Beau kbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance is essential to prolong the life of your kitchen products. Please refer to our Care and Maintenance Guide for detailed instructions. Failure to follow these guidelines may void this warranty.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Uk consumer rights act 2015.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
